Client’s Brief
Beatnik Technology partnered up with Robi Axiata to develop the user interface for the bdTickets mobile application. bdTickets, a product of Robi Axiata Limited, is a ticketing application for different modes of transportation, hotels, movies, etc. Using this application, users can book or purchase tickets for themselves or someone else. Additionally, they will be displayed a myriad of deals and offers to choose from. Our Approach We designed the user experience journey map of the app. For this, we ran extensive research on competitors from both home and abroad. Being transparent was our first priority to avoid any kind of confusion that might cause the purchaser a bad headache. Besides, colorful and interactive graphics make the app very appealing to the users.
