Knowledge Sharing Session: Managing the CMS-Based Step Consortium Website
Session 1: Introduction to the Step Consortium Website CMS
Objective: To introduce stakeholders to the CMS (Content Management System) used for the Step Consortium website and familiarize them with its features and functionalities.
Agenda:
- Overview of the CMS platform used for the Step Consortium website.
- Accessing the CMS and logging in.
- Navigating the CMS dashboard.
- Managing website content:
Adding, editing, and deleting pages.
Uploading and managing media (images, videos, documents). - Creating and managing blog posts or news updates.
- Managing user accounts and permissions.
Session Structure:
Each session will include a combination of presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on activities to ensure active participation and knowledge retention. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and share their experiences throughout the sessions.
A dynamic knowledge-sharing session will be hosted at the CordAid Office, where multiple stakeholders from various organizations will converge to discuss crucial strategies for effectively utilizing the STEP website in disseminating early warning messages.
